From policy dialogue to impact: SolarHub at the WIDERA Feedback-to-Policy Workshop

Throwback to 2 October 2025 in Brussels when Hander Eryılmaz our project maanger had the opportunity to represent the @SolarHub project at the WIDERA Feedback-to-Policy Workshop, organised by the @European Commission and the @European Research Executive Agency to bridge Horizon Europe policy priorities with project insights. 

The workshop brought together WIDERA-funded projects, policymakers, National Contact Points and ERA stakeholders to:

• share policy-relevant results and impacts;

• broaden uptake of project outcomes within the European Research Area;

• support dialogue and collaboration across ecosystems;

• and feed concrete project experience back into future programme and policy development. 



As part of the Showcase of policy-relevant WIDERA projects, SolarHub was featured among other impactful projects under the “Widening Participation and Spreading Excellence” call. SolarHub was recognised for its contribution to strengthening solar innovation ecosystems across Greece, Türkiye and the neighbouring region. 

At the workshop, SolarHub’s vision, key achievements, ecosystem impacts, and stakeholder engagement strategies were discussed, highlighting how collaborative structures and co-creation drive strong innovation and regional integration.
